Our policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days from date you item is delivered to initiate a refund request. If you contact us 30 days after receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once a product is ordered, it can’t be cancelled due to any reason. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to our Head Office for the product engineering team to inspect.
Kindly note the USA warehouse is incapable of inspecting products for defects. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Invalid Reason : Buyer no longer wants the item – This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Draveur. The buyer should make sure that he / she / they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. Buyer found item cheaper elsewhere – Buyer should be confident that he/she/they should be ready to pay the asking price before submitting an order.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES OR FROM DIFFERENT WAREHOUSES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Shipping from warehouses will be the prerogative of the company and we shall ship the product from the warehouse where product is available and can reach you in the fastest possible time.Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 7 – 14 business days for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 15 – 30 business days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. However, we will not be able to refund your money if the shipping details are filled incorrectly. In such cases, due to a lapse on the part of the customer, it becomes impossible for the logistics partners to pin point and re-route any product.Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE ABLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT?
No orders will be eligible for immediate cancellation as this heavily disrupts our working capital. Once an order is placed, our state of the art fulfillment software routes the order to the warehouses situated across the world and pushes it for a quick delivery. In this situation , the moment an order is placed , you can consider that our team is running 24/7 to fulfill the order on time. Even though the item can take 1-5 days to ship out depending on the logistics and local custom clearances, an immediate cancellation is not possible for us to accept. Please take note of this.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
